USA SHIPPING 

For the United States, we ship from California US via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in the US at this time.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have warehouses in China and USA, we supply standard shipping ( 1-3 week) and expedited shipping ( 2-8 days). For more international shipping information, please feel free to contact us.

 

PROCESSING TIME

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items or contact us at burlaplife@hotmail.com

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

TRACKING

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will update the tracking number, you could track your package online.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’d like to return or exchange an online order, please contact Customer Care at Burlaplife@hotmail.com to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions:

 

Returned items need to be unused and returned in their original packaging. You can return items up to 14 days after you received your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable and a stocking charge may apply.

 

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

 

PAYMENTS

The accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal. We do not currently accept cashier's checks, money orders or any other forms of payment.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT

Your credit card may be charged immediately upon checkout.

Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out to avoid shipping errors. If your address is listed incorrectly it will alter your shipment date.
